How It Works
This service is offered on a monthly retainer basis, providing planned, reliable access to professional photography across the year.
Monthly retainer: from £450
Minimum term: 3 months
The retainer includes up to 8 hours of photography per quarter, delivered as either:
one full-day visit, or
up to two half-day visits
Time is scheduled in advance and does not roll over beyond the quarter.
Photography priorities are agreed ahead of each quarter, ensuring the time is used efficiently and focused on current projects, processes, and activity. This structured approach avoids repeated ad-hoc bookings and ensures imagery is refreshed in step with how the business actually operates.
Photography Coverage
Coverage is tailored to each business, but typically includes:
Live work on site
Key stages of processes and projects
Teams working in real conditions
Informal portraits where appropriate
Context, scale, and working environment
Progress and development over time
The aim is to create imagery that feels natural and honest, while remaining consistent and professionally finished so it works as a cohesive body of work.
Deliverables
A curated selection of approximately 15–25 fully edited images per quarter, reflecting the photography carried out during that period
Images delivered after each scheduled visit or as a single quarterly set
Consistent colour, finish, and overall look across all imagery
Supplied ready for use across websites, social media, proposals, tenders, and internal materials
Images are delivered via a secure online gallery.
Image numbers vary depending on the nature of the work photographed and the agreed priorities for each quarter.
Usage
Images are supplied with full usage rights for the business’s own marketing, promotional, and internal use, including websites, social media, printed materials, and tender documentation.
