I bring a portable studio to your workplace, including lighting and a background agreed with you beforehand. A suitable meeting room or other clear space is usually all that’s needed.
Each person receives calm, practical guidance with positioning and expression. Appointments are scheduled around your working day, with around 10 minutes allowed per person.

Includes planning, equipment transport, setup and packing away, plus photography, image selection and retouching for each person. Final arrangements confirmed before booking.

Planning your booking
Send me your team size, location, preferred dates and any examples of the style you have in mind.
I’ll confirm availability and provide a written quote covering the number of people, photography requirements and delivery date.
Your confirmed booking fee reserves the time and covers the agreed headcount. If fewer people attend on the day, that fee remains unchanged. Additional people can be photographed where the schedule allows, at the rate stated in your quote.
Small Team Studio Headshots
For teams of two to ten people, my Fountainbridge studio offers a convenient alternative to an on-site session.
Your team is photographed using a shared lighting and background setup, with around 10 minutes per person and one individually retouched headshot each.
£180 for two people, plus £50 for each additional person.

Yes. Sessions can be arranged across multiple days or locations to accommodate your team’s availability. I record the lighting, background and camera setup to maintain a consistent look. Your quote will cover the required visits and headcount.

Yes. I keep a record of your setup so new colleagues can be photographed in a similar style, either at your premises or at my Fountainbridge studio.
If another photographer took your existing headshots, send me examples so I can assess how closely I can match them.

Yes. Group photographs, environmental portraits and workplace photography can be added to your booking. Let me know what you need beforehand so I can include the appropriate time and costs in your quote.

Choose clean, well-fitting clothes that reflect how you normally present yourself at work. Plain colours generally work well; avoid prominent logos or distracting patterns unless they’re part of your company uniform.
Light and dark clothing can both work—I’ll adjust the lighting accordingly. For a consistent team look, agree the level of formality beforehand.
Style your hair as usual and bring a brush or comb for touch-ups. If you wear glasses, wear them for your photographs. There’s no need to practise posing; I’ll guide you throughout.

I can bring a portable studio to your premises, or photograph smaller teams at my studio at Quay 1, 133 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.
For on-site sessions, we’ll discuss the available space before booking. A meeting room with enough room for the background, lighting and camera is usually suitable.
